let's see if this works; yes it does. i recommend the Library Hotel in NYC, if the price isn't too steep. i love the high-speed internet & the complimentary continental breakfast. there's also complimentary wine & cheese, free entrance to an athletic club (although i didn't have time to check that out,) and room had elegant & comfy furniture. location's xlnt as well, just a block from Grand Central station.

went to Washington Sq. Park--took me bout half an hour to find it--and lost $5 to a chess hustler, without putting up much of a fight, maybe i can blame jet lag for that. if anyone requests, i can put up a foto of my nemesis.

i had better luck with lunch at a trendy Japanese restaurant in Tribeca. :)
